What kind of rental are our clients looking for?
Over the years, we have noticed that our clients are looking for certain types of accommodation for their holiday. Therefore, we have set up the following criteria for a holiday home. Our rentals should at least have:
- A yard or a terrace
- 2 bedrooms or more
- 8 weeks or more available during the high season (May – September)
- A good general condition (clean, healthy etc.)
- All necessary furniture and utilities
- Nicely decorated and functional
- In the area around Rians (< 15 km, if it is further away it can be discussed).
