Care & Control
You might need a supervision once a month just to make sure everything is fine? Or you might need some help with different tasks when you are not here?

- Cleaning house before arrival and after your stay
- Spring- och autumn cleaning of terraces, garden etc.
Renovation
Are you going to make a renovation and you don’t know where to start?
We have many years of experience in renovation here in the South of France and we know how it works when it comes to everything from price requests to finding good and reliable craftsmen. We know where to find good materials and we know how to manage renovation projects. We can also help you with some of the actual renovation work.
Administration
Yes, French administration can be difficult sometimes, and especially if you don’t speak the language fluently. We are happy to help you with anything, here are some examples:
- Sign up for a house insurance, internet account etc.
- Open a bank account
- Call authorities when needed

Interior planning & decoration
We have a personal interest in interior decoration, but also a lot of experience in several renovation projects where our goal has always been to find both aesthetic and practical solutions. This has made us able to help you with:
- Making plans/drawings and giving you ideas when you are renovating
- Staging your home if you are selling our putting our you property on rental
- Finding proper material, furniture and decoration
- Making your home a possible vacation rental
Are you interested in vacation rental?
Is your house empty most of the year? Putting out your house for rent might be a possibility. We´ll take care of it all – everything from advertising, reservation and contact with clients to welcome guests, house check-up and cleaning.
